Sarudo's primary growth engine. A.I.R. Managers own the lifecycle of getting Sarudo hired into companies: outreach, demo, close, training plan, and ongoing 1:1s with their reseller and direct clients. You pick your own KPI level at the start of each quarter — your monthly salary is set by the KPI you commit to. Every Sarudo you get hired pays a USD $500 bonus (in your local currency) on top. Complete creative freedom on how you hit your number — a tried-and-tested playbook is provided if you're new.
You must be located in USA, Canada, Europe, India, or the Philippines. Working hours 9am–6pm Eastern Time. Comfortable owning a sales-style KPI, willing to commit to one KPI level for a full quarter, and able to manage your own holiday calendar around hitting your monthly target. Sales, consulting, or revenue-ops experience strongly preferred.
Train and fine-tune AI employees for our clients. You'll be responsible for configuring AI employee personalities, ingesting client knowledge bases, testing capabilities, and ensuring every AI employee performs at the highest level.
Experience with AI/ML, strong communication skills, ability to understand diverse business contexts, attention to detail.
Build and maintain the Sarudo platform — from the marketing website to the deployment infrastructure. You'll work with Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Linux, and modern DevOps tools.
3+ years full-stack experience, proficiency in TypeScript/React and Python, experience with Linux server administration, familiarity with AI/LLM tooling a plus.
Drive client acquisition and partnerships. Own the full growth funnel from lead generation to conversion. Build relationships with potential clients and partners.
3+ years in B2B sales or growth, experience selling SaaS or AI products, excellent communication skills, self-starter mindset.
Manage client relationships and AI employee performance. You'll be the primary contact for clients post-onboarding, ensuring their AI employee meets expectations and continuously improves.
2+ years in client success or account management, strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, empathy and patience.
