4. AI Employee Boundaries
Sarudo's AI employees are designed with built-in safety measures and ethical guardrails. These boundaries are in place to protect you, your end users, and the broader community:
- Safety Refusals: The AI employee will refuse to comply with instructions that would result in harmful, illegal, or unethical actions. This is by design and is a feature of the platform, not a limitation.
- No Override Attempts:You must not attempt to override, circumvent, or manipulate the AI employee's safety measures through prompt injection, jailbreaking techniques, or other means.
- Transparency: When the AI employee communicates with third parties on your behalf, it should not misrepresent itself as a human unless you have configured and disclosed this appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Third-Party Communications
When your AI employee communicates with your customers, partners, or other third parties:
- Client Responsibility: You are ultimately responsible for all communications your AI employee sends to third parties. You should regularly review conversation logs and AI employee behavior to ensure quality and appropriateness.
- Compliance: You must ensure that communications comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, consumer protection, and electronic communications laws.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the knowledge base and training materials provided to your AI employee are accurate and up-to-date. Sarudo is not liable for inaccurate or misleading responses that result from incorrect knowledge base content.
- Disclosure: We recommend that you disclose to your end users that they may be interacting with an AI employee, in accordance with applicable transparency regulations.
6. Monitoring
Sarudo may monitor the use of its platform to detect and prevent abuse, ensure compliance with this policy, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform:
- Automated Monitoring: We use automated systems to detect patterns that may indicate abuse, such as unusual message volumes, attempts to bypass safety features, or technical misuse.
- Privacy Respected: We do not routinely read or review the content of conversations between your AI employee and end users. Content review occurs only when there is a credible report of abuse, a court order, or a legal obligation to do so.
- Transparency: If monitoring reveals potential abuse, we will notify you before taking action, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent harm or comply with legal obligations.
7. Violations
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy are handled proportionally based on severity and context:
- Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we will issue a written warning explaining the violation and requesting corrective action within a specified timeframe.
- Suspension:For repeated or more serious violations, we may temporarily suspend your AI employee's services pending investigation and resolution. During suspension, your data remains secure and intact.
- Termination: For severe violations, including illegal activities, persistent non-compliance after warnings, or actions that pose a significant risk to others, we may terminate your service immediately. Termination for cause may affect refund eligibility as described in our Refund Policy.
You may appeal any enforcement action by contacting us within 14 days of notification. Appeals will be reviewed by senior management and a decision communicated within 7 business days.
8. Reporting
If you become aware of any abuse of the Sarudo platform — whether by users of your AI employee, other Sarudo clients, or any other party — we encourage you to report it promptly:
Please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the abuse, any relevant timestamps, and evidence. All reports are treated confidentially, and we will not retaliate against reporters acting in good faith.
