At Sarudo, we stand behind the quality of our AI Employee platform. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund. Our setup-fee guarantee is delivery-gated — tied to whether Sarudo completes a defined set of training-period milestones, not to subjective satisfaction.
1. Setup Fee Refund
We offer a 30-day delivery-gated money-back guarantee on the $3,000 USD setup fee. If, by the end of the 30-day training period that begins on the date your AI employee is first deployed, Sarudo has not completed the training milestones listed below, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
Training-period milestones. Sarudo must, within 30 calendar days of initial deployment:
- Understand your business — ingest the materials you supply during onboarding and demonstrate working knowledge of your products, services, customers, and tone of voice.
- Set up his own dedicated email account — sign in to the Sarudo-dedicated inbox you provision, send and receive successfully, and use it as the from-account for outbound mail.
- Configure your Google Workspace tools — authenticated access to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides under the dedicated Sarudo account, with the ability to create and modify assets on your behalf.
- Integrate with your website — operational connection to your site for the agreed surface area (e.g. lead capture, content publishing, support intake, analytics read-out), per the integration plan agreed during onboarding.
- Marketing automation system (optional). If, during onboarding, you opted in to having Sarudo stand up a marketing automation system, that system being live and executing at least one end-to-end run is an additional milestone. If you did not opt in, this milestone does not apply.
To qualify for a setup fee refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date your AI employee was first deployed and made operational.
- You must have provided reasonable cooperation during onboarding and training — supplying the requested knowledge base, business information, dedicated email mailbox, domain/DNS access where needed, Google Workspace authorization, and website access — so that the milestones above could in fact be attempted.
- You must identify which of the applicable milestones you believe were not met, so we can verify and respond.
If Sarudo has completed all applicable milestones within the 30-day window, the setup fee is non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with subjective elements (tone, style preferences, speed of work on tasks outside the milestone scope) is not, on its own, a basis for a setup-fee refund — though we will work with you to address those concerns under the ongoing monthly service.
Upon approval of a setup fee refund, your AI employee and associated infrastructure will be decommissioned, and all data will be deleted unless you request a data export prior to decommissioning.
2. Monthly Subscription
The $1,000 USD monthly subscription fee is billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
- Cancellation:You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid.
- No Partial Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to your AI employee until the end of the paid billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Billing Disputes: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to hello@sarudo.comwith the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your company name, the date of the original charge, and the type of refund you are requesting (setup fee or billing dispute).
- Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- If applicable, indicate whether you would like a data export before your service is decommissioned.
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the charge. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the payment.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied or limited in the following circumstances:
- Abuse of Service: If your use of the AI employee constituted a clear abuse of the platform or violated our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Non-Cooperation: If you did not reasonably cooperate during the onboarding and training process, making it impossible for us to deliver a properly configured AI employee.
- Repeated Refund Requests: If you have previously received a refund and re-subscribed, subsequent refund requests may be subject to additional review.
- Terms Violation: If your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
