A Sarudo AI Employee is a trained AI team member deployed on dedicated infrastructure exclusively for your business. It can handle emails, phone calls, web research, document creation, scheduling, and more — 24/7. It's not a chatbot. It has real tools and real capabilities, trained on your specific business data.

Unlike generic AI tools, your Sarudo AI Employee is trained specifically on your business data, connected to your actual email and phone, and has real capabilities beyond chat. It can send emails, make calls, create documents, browse the web, and learn continuously from every interaction. It runs on dedicated infrastructure just for you.

It can manage emails, make and receive phone calls, search the web, create documents (PDFs, spreadsheets, presentations), manage your calendar, remember everything about your business, process media files, and more. See our Features page for the complete list.

The AI employee can do anything within its capability set — which is extensive. It cannot physically be somewhere or do tasks that require a physical presence. For digital tasks, there are no artificial limits on usage — unlimited conversations, documents, searches, and more.

Setup & Onboarding

The full setup and training process takes 30 days. This includes infrastructure provisioning, knowledge base setup, capability configuration, and a supervised launch period where we fine-tune the AI employee based on your feedback.

You'll need to provide: company information, email credentials (we guide you through this), business documents (SOPs, FAQs, product info), and your preferred communication channels. We have a simple form that walks you through everything.

No. We handle all the technical setup. You just fill out a form with your business information and requirements. Our team takes care of the rest.

Yes. You choose the name, tone (professional, friendly, casual, or custom), language, and communication style. During the training period, we fine-tune all of this based on your feedback.

Security & Privacy

Yes. Every AI employee runs on dedicated infrastructure — your data never touches another client's environment. All communications are encrypted, external actions require your confirmation, and data is backed up daily. You can delete all your data at any time.

Only your AI employee and the Sarudo team (for support and maintenance) have access to your data. Your data is never shared with other clients or used to train other AI models.

Yes. You own all your data. You can request complete deletion at any time, and we will remove all your data from our systems.

Pricing & Billing

$3,000 one-time setup fee plus $1,000 per month. The setup fee covers the 30-day training period, infrastructure provisioning, and all configuration. The monthly fee covers dedicated infrastructure, all capabilities, continuous learning, and support.

No hidden fees. The only additional costs are phone call minutes (Twilio charges at ~$0.02/min, passed through at cost) and optional premium upgrades like advanced voice AI or premium LLM models.

Yes. The monthly subscription can be cancelled with 30-day notice. The $3,000 setup fee is covered by a 30-day delivery-gated money-back guarantee: if Sarudo has not learned your business, set up his own dedicated email, configured your Google Workspace, and integrated with your website by the end of the training period, we refund it in full.

We don't offer a free trial, but we do offer a free consultation call where we walk you through everything, answer all your questions, and show you exactly what your AI employee can do. The setup fee is also covered by a 30-day delivery-gated money-back guarantee — if Sarudo doesn't complete the training milestones (learn your business, set up his email, configure Google Workspace, integrate your site), we refund it in full.

Technical

Currently: email (any provider), phone calls (via Twilio), and Telegram. WhatsApp, Slack, and Discord support is coming soon at no additional cost.

Yes. The AI employee can work with Google Workspace, Notion, Stripe, and many other tools. If a direct integration doesn't exist, we can often build one. Ask us about your specific tools during the consultation.

Yes. The AI employee can communicate in multiple languages. You choose your preferred language during setup, and it can switch between languages as needed.
