The things people actually ask
Are the signatures legally valid?
They are electronic signatures with a full audit trail (signer identity, timestamp and IP retained with the document) which is the same basis mainstream e-signature services rely on. For agreements requiring notarisation or a specific national qualified-signature standard, take local legal advice; that is true of every e-signature product.
Can we import our existing archive?
Yes. Up to 10,000 documents are included in the build. Larger archives are quoted by volume, and it is usually less than you expect because the process is automated.
What about confidential documents?
They stay on your server. Nothing is uploaded to a third-party service to be processed, OCR, PDF handling and signing all happen on your own machine. For many clients that is the main reason to do this.
How many people can use it?
Everyone. There is no per-user licence, which is usually what makes the arithmetic obvious against a per-seat e-signature subscription.
