Print it. Sign it. Scan it. Email it. Wait. Chase it. Discover they signed the old version. Start again.
And when a dispute arrives two years later, the question is not who was right. It is whether anyone can find the document that settles it. Someone spends an afternoon in a filing cabinet or a shared drive with four folders called "Final".
Every one of those days is a day a deal is not closed, a supplier is not confirmed, an employee has not started.
The document was never the problem. Finding it and signing it were.
Scans, PDFs and photographs are read by OCR, so you search by what a document says, not by whether someone named the file well.
Documents are tagged by type, correspondent and date on arrival. Filing stops being a task anyone has to remember.
Send for signature as often as you like. There is no per-envelope charge and no per-user licence, so nobody is rationing sends at month-end.
Who signed, when, from where. Kept with the document, on your server, for as long as your retention policy says.
Merge, split, compress, convert and redact, built in, so nobody uploads a confidential contract to a free website again.
Set how long each document type is kept. The system enforces it rather than relying on someone remembering.

Comparison figures are indicative list prices for widely used commercial alternatives at the team sizes shown, gathered in September 2026. Your own quotes will vary. The point is the shape of the arithmetic, not the decimal place.
Software you rent gets more expensive every year, holds your data hostage, and can change its price or its terms without asking you. Software you own does none of those things.
Your cloud account or ours. Either way the machine is yours, the database is yours, and nobody can switch it off from the outside.
Your name, your logo, your colours, on your domain. Your team and your customers see your company, not a vendor you rent from.
Add your tenth user or your hundredth. The price does not move. You stop rationing who is allowed to see your own data.
Customer records, contracts and financials sit in a database you control, in a country you choose, exportable in full at any time.
Admin credentials, server access and a written handover. If you never speak to us again, everything keeps running.
You pay once for the build. After that the only ongoing cost is the server itself, typically the price of a couple of coffees a week.
They are electronic signatures with a full audit trail (signer identity, timestamp and IP retained with the document) which is the same basis mainstream e-signature services rely on. For agreements requiring notarisation or a specific national qualified-signature standard, take local legal advice; that is true of every e-signature product.
Yes. Up to 10,000 documents are included in the build. Larger archives are quoted by volume, and it is usually less than you expect because the process is automated.
They stay on your server. Nothing is uploaded to a third-party service to be processed, OCR, PDF handling and signing all happen on your own machine. For many clients that is the main reason to do this.
Everyone. There is no per-user licence, which is usually what makes the arithmetic obvious against a per-seat e-signature subscription.
Tell us where your documents live now. We will show you what the archive looks like once it is searchable.
One-time $800, and you own it outright
