System Automations
Your Sarudo instance comes with several built-in automations that keep the system running smoothly. These are pre-configured and active from the moment your AI employee is set up. They handle essential maintenance tasks that ensure reliability, data safety, and continuous learning. You generally do not need to interact with these automations, but understanding what they do helps you appreciate the system's robustness.
Health Checks (Every 5 Minutes)
The health check automation runs every 5 minutes to verify that all system components are functioning correctly. It checks the AI model connectivity, database availability, email connection, phone system status, and all integrated services. If any component fails, the system attempts automatic recovery and notifies you if manual intervention is needed. This proactive monitoring ensures issues are caught and resolved quickly.
Health checks run silently in the background. You only hear about them if something goes wrong — which means no news is good news.
Learning Pipeline (Every 30 Minutes)
The learning pipeline automation processes recent conversations every 30 minutes to extract and store new knowledge. It analyzes your messages, identifies important facts, decisions, and preferences, creates structured knowledge entries, and generates vector embeddings for semantic search. This is the engine behind your AI employee's continuous learning — it is always working to understand your business better.
Daily Backups (3:00 AM)
At 3:00 AM every day, the backup automation creates a complete snapshot of your database, files, and configuration. Backups are stored securely on your dedicated server and rotated on a retention schedule (typically keeping the last 30 daily backups). In the event of data loss or corruption, backups enable full system recovery. You can request a backup at any time by asking your AI employee to perform a manual backup.
Activity Summary (8:00 PM)
The activity summary automation compiles your day's activities and delivers a recap at 8:00 PM. It summarizes emails sent and received, calls made, deals progressed, follow-ups completed and created, and any notable events. This evening summary helps you review what was accomplished and mentally close out the workday. The delivery time and content can be customized to your preferences.
