PDF Operations
Merge, split, compress, encrypt, and decrypt PDF files using your AI employee.
Merging PDFs
Send multiple PDF files to your AI employee and ask it to merge them into a single document. You can specify the order in which the PDFs should be combined. This is useful for consolidating reports, combining proposal sections, or creating comprehensive document packages for clients. The merged PDF maintains all original formatting, images, and page layouts.
Merging proposal documents
Combine multiple PDFs into one.
Splitting PDFs
Need to extract specific pages from a PDF? Tell your AI employee which pages you want — "extract pages 3 through 7" or "split this into individual pages" — and it will create the new PDF file. This is useful for extracting sections from longer documents, creating separate files for different recipients, or isolating specific pages for review.
Compressing PDFs
Large PDF files can be compressed to reduce file size, making them easier to share via email or messaging. Ask your AI employee to compress a PDF and it will optimize images, remove embedded fonts where possible, and reduce the overall file size while maintaining readability. Compression ratios vary depending on the content — image-heavy PDFs see the biggest reductions.
PDF compression works best on documents with large images. Text-heavy PDFs are already relatively small and may not see significant size reduction.
Encrypting & Decrypting PDFs
For sensitive documents, your AI employee can encrypt PDFs with a password. Specify the password you want to use and the AI will create a protected version that requires the password to open. You can also decrypt password-protected PDFs by providing the password. This is useful for sending confidential contracts, financial documents, or any sensitive information that needs an extra layer of security.
