Daily Briefings

Automatic morning briefings with your schedule, due follow-ups, and important updates to start your day.

What Briefings Include

Your daily briefing is a comprehensive morning update delivered through Telegram at your preferred time. It includes your calendar for the day with all scheduled events, overdue and upcoming follow-ups from your CRM, unread email highlights requiring your attention, any pending approvals waiting for your response, and important reminders you have set. The briefing gives you a complete picture of your day in one glance, so you can prioritize effectively.

Morning briefing

What a typical daily briefing looks like.

You say:
Good morning!
Sarudo responds:
Good morning! Here's your briefing for Monday, April 14th. Calendar: Team standup at 9:30 AM, client lunch at 12:30 PM, project review at 3 PM. Follow-ups due: ACME Corp proposal response (3 days overdue), BuildRight invoice payment (due today). Emails: 5 unread — 2 from clients requiring responses. Pending: 1 social media post awaiting your approval. Weather is 72°F and sunny. What would you like to tackle first?

Configuring Your Briefing

You can customize when your briefing is delivered and what it includes. The default delivery time is 8:00 AM in your local timezone, but you can change this to any time. You can also customize the content — add weather updates, stock prices, news headlines, or exclude sections you do not find useful. Tell your AI employee your preferences and it will adjust the briefing format accordingly.

ℹ️

Set your briefing time to 15-30 minutes before your workday starts. This gives you time to review and prioritize before diving into tasks.

Acting on Briefing Items

The daily briefing is not just informational — it is actionable. After reading your briefing, you can immediately start working on any item. Reply with "draft the follow-up to ACME" or "approve that social media post" and the AI will jump into action. The briefing serves as your daily task list, and the AI is ready to help you work through each item. Many users find that responding to their morning briefing is the most productive part of their day.

Evening Summaries

In addition to morning briefings, you can opt into evening summaries that recap what was accomplished during the day. The evening summary shows emails sent, calls made, tasks completed, new contacts added, and any items that were deferred to the next day. This is useful for keeping track of productivity and ensuring nothing is forgotten before wrapping up for the day. The default evening summary time is 8:00 PM.
