File Sharing
How to send files to your AI employee and receive generated files back, including supported formats and download links.
Sending Files to Sarudo
You can send files directly to your AI employee through Telegram just like you would send a file to any contact. Simply attach the file to your message and optionally include instructions about what you want done with it. Supported file types include PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX, images (PNG, JPG, GIF), audio files, and more. The AI will automatically detect the file type and process it accordingly.
Uploading a document for analysis
Send a PDF and ask for a summary.
Receiving Generated Files
When your AI employee creates a document, presentation, or other file, it will send it directly to you in the Telegram chat. For smaller files, you will see them as inline attachments you can download with a single tap. For larger files or when multiple files are generated, the AI may provide download links that remain active for 24 hours. All generated files are also stored on your dedicated server and can be requested again later.
Generated files are stored on your dedicated server. If a download link expires, just ask your AI employee to resend the file.
Supported File Formats
Your AI employee can process a wide range of file formats. Documents: PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, RTF, ODT, XLSX, XLS, CSV, PPTX. Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, WebP, SVG. Audio: MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, FLAC. Video: MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV. The AI can read, analyze, extract text from, convert between, and generate files in most of these formats.
File Size Limits
Telegram supports file uploads up to 2GB, which covers the vast majority of business documents. However, very large files may take longer to process. For optimal performance, files under 50MB are processed almost instantly. Files between 50MB and 500MB may take a few minutes depending on the type of processing required. If you regularly work with very large files, let your setup team know so they can optimize your server configuration.
While Telegram supports 2GB files, processing very large files (especially video or high-resolution images) may take several minutes. The AI will let you know if processing will take extra time.
