Multi-User Access
How to add team members, manage shared vs private conversations, and configure Telegram user IDs.
Adding Team Members
Your Sarudo AI employee can serve multiple team members, each with their own individual Telegram chat. To add a new user, provide their Telegram user ID to your setup team or ask your AI employee to guide you through the process. Each authorized user gets their own direct conversation with the AI, maintaining separate context and conversation history. The AI knows who it is talking to and can adapt its responses accordingly.
To find a Telegram user ID, have the team member send a message to @userinfobot on Telegram. It will reply with their numeric user ID.
User Permissions
All authorized users currently have equal access to the AI employee's capabilities. There is no role-based access control within Sarudo — any authorized user can request any action. If you need to restrict certain users from specific features (for example, preventing a junior employee from approving payments), the recommended approach is to manage this through your internal policies rather than technical restrictions. Future updates may include granular permission controls.
Only add team members you trust with full access to your AI employee's capabilities, including email, CRM, and payment features.
Managing User IDs
Telegram user IDs are numeric identifiers that uniquely identify each user. These IDs are set during your initial onboarding and can be updated by contacting your Sarudo support team. When adding or removing users, the change takes effect immediately — removed users will no longer be able to interact with the AI employee. The AI will simply not respond to messages from unauthorized Telegram accounts, ensuring security.
