Payment Tracking
Viewing recent payments, checking payment status, and monitoring your revenue through Stripe.
Viewing Recent Payments
Ask your AI employee to show recent payments and it will pull the data from your Stripe account. You can see all payments, filter by date range, or search for specific transactions. Each payment entry shows the amount, client name/email, payment method, date, and status (succeeded, pending, or failed). This gives you a quick financial overview without logging into your Stripe dashboard.
Checking recent payments
View your payment activity.
Checking Payment Status
Track the status of specific invoices or payments by asking about them. "Did ClientCo pay their invoice?" or "what's the status of the ACME payment?" retrieves the current status from Stripe. The AI can also alert you to failed payments, expired checkout links, or invoices that are past due. This proactive monitoring ensures you stay on top of your receivables.
Revenue Overview
Get a high-level financial summary by asking for a revenue overview. The AI can show your total revenue for any period, break it down by client, and compare with previous periods. While detailed financial analysis should be done in Stripe or your accounting software, this quick overview is useful for daily check-ins and understanding your financial position at a glance.
For detailed financial reporting, tax documents, and accounting, use your Stripe dashboard directly. The AI provides quick overviews, not comprehensive financial reports.
Payment Notifications
Your AI employee can notify you in real-time when payments are received. When a client pays an invoice or completes a checkout link payment, you get a Telegram notification with the details. This is powered by Stripe webhooks — Stripe sends an event to your server when a payment succeeds, and the AI relays the notification to you. Failed payments trigger alerts as well, so you can follow up promptly.
