Scheduling & Publishing

How to queue posts for specific times through Publer, schedule future content, and publish through the approval workflow.

Scheduling Posts

After drafting a post, you can schedule it for a specific date and time. Tell the AI when you want it published — "schedule this for tomorrow at 10 AM" or "post this next Wednesday at 2 PM EST." The AI queues the post in Publer for the specified time, and Publer takes care of the actual publish at that moment. You can also ask the AI to pick an optimal time ("schedule at the best time for my audience"), and it will let Publer's scheduling heuristic pick a high-engagement slot for that network.

Scheduling a post

Queue content for later.

You say:
Schedule that LinkedIn post for Thursday at 9 AM.
Sarudo responds:
Scheduled. Your LinkedIn post about AI in small business is queued in Publer to publish Thursday, April 17th at 9:00 AM. I will send you a confirmation when it goes live. You currently have 3 posts queued for this week across LinkedIn and X. Want to see the full schedule?

Publishing Immediately

For time-sensitive content, you can publish immediately after approval. Once you approve a post, tell the AI to "publish it now" and it will go live within minutes. This is useful for reacting to breaking news, responding to industry events, or sharing time-sensitive announcements. Immediate publishing still requires your approval — nothing goes live without your explicit go-ahead.

Scheduling Best Practices

Consistency matters more than frequency in social media. Your AI employee can help maintain a regular posting schedule without overwhelming your audience. General best practices include posting on LinkedIn during business hours on weekdays, posting on X/Twitter throughout the day, scheduling Facebook posts for late morning or early afternoon, and spacing posts at least 4 to 6 hours apart on the same platform.

✅

Let the AI help maintain a consistent posting schedule. Even 2-3 quality posts per week are more effective than sporadic bursts of activity.

Queue Management

View and manage your posting queue at any time by asking the AI. You can reorder posts, change scheduled times, remove posts from the queue, or add new ones. The queue is managed through Publer, which provides reliable scheduling and ensures posts go out at the specified times. If you need to pause all posting (for a company crisis or sensitive period), you can ask the AI to pause the entire queue — Publer holds the scheduled posts without firing them, and you can resume later without losing the schedule.
