Rendering Documents
How to fill templates with data and generate professional documents in various output formats.
Filling Templates with Data
To render a document from a template, tell your AI employee which template to use and provide the data for the placeholders. You can provide data directly in your message, or the AI can pull it from your CRM, knowledge base, or recent conversations. For example, "create a proposal for ACME Corp using the standard proposal template" will pull ACME's details from your CRM and fill the template automatically.

Output Formats
Rendered documents can be output in several formats. PDF is the most common for final documents that should not be edited. DOCX is useful when the recipient needs to make changes. HTML works for web-based content or emails. Markdown is ideal for technical documentation. Specify the format you want, or the AI will choose the most appropriate one based on the document type and intended use.
Data Sources
Template data can come from multiple sources. Direct input is when you provide the values in your message. CRM data pulls contact, company, and deal information from your CRM automatically. Knowledge base provides business information like pricing, terms, and company details. Spreadsheet data lets you upload a CSV or Excel file with the values. The AI intelligently combines data from all available sources to fill templates as completely as possible.
The more data you have in your CRM and knowledge base, the less you need to type when rendering templates. The AI fills in what it already knows automatically.
Review and Send
After rendering, the AI presents the document for your review. You can request changes to any section before finalizing. Once you are satisfied, you can ask the AI to email the document, save it to your files, or share it through Telegram. For documents that need signatures, the AI can include signature lines and instructions. The entire workflow from template selection to delivery can be completed in a single conversation.
